Marlin Bay Resort & Marina

Hands down our favorite place to stay in Marathon. The houses are well equipped and in a great location. Staff on-site are friendly and accommodating. We stay here every year and will definitely continue to return. Perfect for the kids!

This was our 6th year returning to Marlin Bay. There’s just nothing else comparable in the Keys. The atmosphere and accommodations are first class all the way thanks to Grace and the Marlin Bay team. Jason and Heidi will keep the Mud Slides and Margaritas coming at the pool side tiki bar while you get to kick back and unwind from a great day of fishing and diving at the most beautiful pool in the Keys. Grace is the “go to” for anything you might need to make your stay perfect. Our kids loved the Rock painting and Tie Dye shirt making, but they also love that pool and relaxing in those big beautiful houses just as much as we do. We’ll be back 100% next year. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marlin Bay for an entire month, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The facilities are top-notch, immaculate, and perfectly maintained. The location at the marina is beautiful and serene, making every day a relaxing escape. What truly made my stay memorable was the incredible staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel like family. From assisting with boat needs to offering local tips, their everyone's dedication and warmth stood out. I highly recommend Marlin Bay to anyone looking for a picturesque marina stay with outstanding service. I look forward to returning soon!

Marlin Bay Marina is a wonderful place to stay whether it’s one night or a week! Free BBQ and live music on Thursdays! Slip comes with water and 10% discount at the ship store. Staff was wonderful and always there to help with ropes or power cables! Low tide is something to watch running gear in marina - bow in is a better option for us at 4’-9” draft. Staying there again on our return trip from Key West!

Our stay at Marlin Bay Resort & Marina in Marathon, FL was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcomed and well taken care of, truly a 5-star experience. The resort itself is beautiful with spacious, modern accommodations and resort-style amenities like a gorgeous pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and an on-site concierge to help plan activities around the Keys. A huge shout-out to Rob, the manager, he went above and beyond to make our stay special. Rob was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always ready with local tips or helpful suggestions. He truly set the tone for the level of service we experienced throughout our visit. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help from checking us in to assisting with our every need and recommendations for local spots to visit. It made our trip so much more enjoyable knowing we could count on such a warm and thoughtful team. We can’t wait to come back! This place is a hidden gem in the Florida Keys and the hospitality from Rob and the whole crew is what sets it apart!

Had a great week at Marlin Bay! Rented 3 units with several extended families and had an amazing time! All staff were super helpful and friendly. The pool was great, sunset views were beautiful and fun bikes to borrow. Management went above and beyond and had a cake upon arrival for my daughter’s birthday. Highly recommend!
